The medical centre brought together
2 GP Practices as extensive PCT
clinical and administration
accommodation.
The accommodation is split over two
floors with a centre courtyard and a
double height space with a walled
waiting area. There are two main
entrances from the car park to the rear.
The building was completed under a
design build contract with ROK
construction and was completed in a
12 month period.
The building received the South
Tyneside Design Award for New
Build in 2007.
