Our outline feasibility proposals show
The demolition of not listed Hospital
Building and the redevelopment of the
Site for mixed use purposes.
Proposals included an underground car
park, access routes through the site
and a central square or recreational
space.
Urban design principles were used to
develop the massing of the building to
provide a restaurant, hotel, retail units
and commercial accommodation as
well as their relationship to Millennium
Square and the Civil Hall.
