TSA were asked to develop a new master plan to reflect market requirements and deliver a design that was modern cost affective and innovative.
The final design approved by the client and their agents was for a series of buildings running along both the canal and the river side having their own distinct presence and creating flexible floor space enabling various options as to the sub division dependant on individual tenant’s needs.
Six months after our appointment following various consultations with the EA Highways and Planning Department a detailed planning application was submitted to Wakefield Council.
