We master planned this site through the local plans process and secured planning approval for 1100 houses with 5 acres of commercial development and community facilities.
The design process began with a master planning exercise, carried out to produce an overall master plan which identifies a series of development phases. Enclaves through the development are intended to be distinctive by varying density and dwelling types and providing a variety of fenestration treatments, architectural details and materials.
The first two phases have already been constructed and occupied. Phase three of this development is currently going through the planning process.
