Thompson Spencer Architects won the design competition to provide York University’s Retail, Office and Conference Centre proposals.
The plaza fronting development provides facilities to support the university policy of self catering.
The top floor conference suite provides views over the whole university campus. It supports visitors from throughout the world works, also included was the Conversion of the original Clasp Building System to residential and office accommodation.
